Fierce Vulnerability and Nonviolent Action with Kazu Haga

Joining us on the show this week is Kazu Haga who is a trainer, educator, student, and practitioner with over 25 years of experience in nonviolence and restorative justice. His work combines lessons from decades of Buddhist practice, trauma healing work, and Kingian non-violence practices. He generally brings this work to prisons, schools, community organizations, and activist spaces though he’s also coalesced the essence of it into two exceptional books, ‘Healing Resistance, A Radically Different Response to Harm’, and his newest, ‘Fierce Vulnerability, Healing from Trauma, Emerging Through Collapse’ which serves as the foundation for today’s conversation.
